The Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS) offers unique support programs that benefit adults with autism and enable them to reach their full potential. I personally work with RCAAS’ Founding Executive Director, Christopher Manente, to help support their great cause. The RCAAS provides several support programs, and in this article, we will focus on their Supporting Community Access through Leisure and Employment (SCALE) program.
